I would like to welcome your child to Third Grade.  My name is Mrs. Cavanaugh. I have taught in the Manitowoc Public School System for many years.  I began my career teaching first and second grade at Jackson elementary in 1991.  I taught 2nd grade at Monroe for 10 years and this is my first year teaching third grade. I am excited about this new adventure.  I look forward to each year with a sense of adventure because every year is a little different.  I appreciate the diversity and wonderful families at Monroe. I am proud to be a part of this great school.
